Why Learner Data Resources Matter

Working with authentic data sets transforms your learning experience. Instead of generic examples, you’ll practice with files that reflect actual workplace situations—the same types of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and projects you’ll encounter in your career.

Access Your Practice Files

Getting your files are convenient and straightforward:

  1. Enter the first four digits of your courseware number (found on the cover of your manual) in the field below
  2. Press "Find Data"

For example: if your manual shows courseware #3138-2,  enter 3138

Setting Up Your Files

Once you've downloaded your ZIP file:

  1. Locate the file: Your browser will automatically save it to your Downloads folder, or you may be prompted to choose a location.
  2. Save or move the file: to your Desktop for easy access.
  3. Extract the files: Right-click the ZIP file on your Desktop and select Extract All to open the extraction window.
  4. Choose your destination: Click Browse, navigate to your Desktop, click Select Folder, then click Extract.

Your student files folder will appear on your Desktop, organized and ready for hands-on practice with each lesson.
