Jr. Client Relations Specialist
Location: Langley, BC
Hours/Days of Work: Permanent Full time.
Salary Range: Salary $30,000 – $35,000 to start

Responsibilities and Skills Required
- First level of communication for incoming telephone inquiries
- Order entry
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Interact with and provide support to all internal teams as required
- Ability to multi-task
- Being proactive and able to use initiative
- Great telephone presence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
- Strong customer service ethic
- Microsoft Office Specialist certification or equivalent
