Microsoft Office 365 gives students a rudimentary understanding of how Office 365 is administered, deployed and managed, and teaches students how to be productive using Office 365. Students will learn to sign in, modify their personal profiles, work in their OneDrive for Business sites, and their personal My Sites. They will use Office Online, control sharing, and use apps. They will also navigate and perform work in the Outlook Web App, the Lync client, and the SharePoint Online team site. Students will manage e-mail, organize and share calendars, search for people and documents, manage contacts and tasks, send instant messages and schedule and participate in group meetings and conference calls. Students will also examine basic team site structure, permissions and elements, create sites, and create and modify lists, libraries and views.
