Certiport continues to print and mail certificates to successful candidates at the address entered in the candidate profile. However, if the organization where the candidate took the exam offered the exam as part of a site or classroom license agreement, candidate certificates will not be mailed.
There are two ways for a successful candidate to obtain their certificate. These methods are available to the individual without limitation by accessing their unique candidate account on Certiport.com by logging in with their user name and password and leaving the default role setting as Test Candidate:
To print an Official Certificate, select the My Transcript sub-tab (under the My Certiport tab) and click on either the PDF or XPS link associated with the certificate to be printed. Select View Official Certificate at the bottom of the page and then click the printer icon within the certificate window (please don't use your browser's print function as it will only print the outside borders of the browser page).
2. View and send transcript digitally (save trees!):
Click the My Transcript sub-tab (under the My Certiport tab). To authorize a third party to see your transcript, click the Authorize a Viewer button and follow the instructions. The Authorized View displays what your transcript will look like to a third party (employer, college, or teacher).
If you, as a Certiport Center, would like to print the certificate on behalf of the successful candidate, this feature is available with privacy restrictions through the Organization Administrator role at Certiport.com. Currently, access is allowed to the Organization Administrator for 60 days from the date of testing.
To print certificates for test candidates, log in to Certiport.com as an Organization Administrator and select the Reports tab, and then the Print Certificates sub-tab and follow the directions.
